  • Booking data: name and contact details submitted through course registration forms (hosted on Google Forms).
  • Usage data: anonymised analytics (pages visited, time on site) via Jetpack/WordPress analytics.

  • Legitimate interests – for basic website analytics and security.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted services necessary to operate our school:

  • Google (Forms, Analytics): course sign-up and anonymised usage data.
  • DreamHost: website hosting provider.
  • Jetpack/Automattic: website analytics and security.

All processors are GDPR-compliant. Data may be transferred outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: WordPress session and security cookies. These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics: Jetpack analytics cookies to understand site usage (requires consent).

You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer.

7. Data Retention

Enquiry and contact data is retained for up to 2 years. Course booking records are retained for up to 5 years for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is anonymised and retained indefinitely.
